Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Crack Me Up Christmas™ crackers. If for any reason you change your mind, here’s how our returns work:

• Return window: You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once a cracker has been opened, we cannot accept a return.
• Return process: To start a return, please contact us at info@crackmeupchristmas.com. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note: Because our products are seasonal and designed for one-time use, we cannot accept returns on opened items.
